CXC® 2022 Examinations Administration Strategy – CPEA™ and CVQ*
BRIDGETOWN, Barbados – The Caribbean Examinations Council (CXC®) wishes to advise of a correction to dates of the Caribbean Primary Exit Assessment (CPEA) examinations and CVQ* assessments published in a press release dated 3 February 2022.
CPEA examinations will be administered on 12 and 13 May 2022 and Caribbean Vocational Qualification* (CVQ) assessments will be conducted between May and June 2022. Dates of CVQ assessments will be determined by individual participating territories.
All other examination dates remain the same. Official timetables are available at www.cxc.org/download-timetables.

Subsequent to CSEC®, CXC® has introduced a comprehensive suite of qualifications to meet the needs of the region: Caribbean Primary Exit Assessment (CPEA), Caribbean Certificate of Secondary Level Competence® (CCSLC®), *Caribbean Vocational Qualification (CVQ), Caribbean Advanced Proficiency Examination® (CAPE®) and the CXC® Associate Degree (CXC®-AD).
The organisation also collaborates with countries in the Dutch Caribbean – Curaçao, Saba, St Eustatius and St Maarten, as well as Suriname.
