  • How can I receive a passport application?
    ou may either: Download and print the passport application from www.skncgtoronto.gov.kn, Forms and Guides, passport application. Send an email request to info@cgstkittsnevis.ca or Call the Consulate at 416-368-7319
  • Can passport application and instructions be mailed to me as I have no access to a computer?
    A passport application can be mailed to you upon your request. You will be asked to provide your personal and contact information when you call the Consulate at 416-368-7319 ie: name and address
  • Are passports processed by the Consulate Office?
    Passports are not processed by the Consulate. All documents received at the Consulate are reviewed and forwarded to St Kitts and Nevis for processing.
  • How long does it take for a passport to be processed?
    The processing of a passport can take 2 - 5 weeks from the time the documents are received in St Kitts and Nevis.
  • How do I go about replacing my lost passport?
    If a passport is damaged:
    A Notarized Affidavit, signed by both the applicant and Notary Public should be provided plus all documents required for passport renewal. (See passport renewal instructions in Forms and Guides) Mail to: Consulate for the Federation of St Kitts and Nevis, 133 Richmond St W, Suite 311, Toronto, On M5H 2L3
    If a passport is lost or stolen:
    The incident should be reported to the police and a police report obtained.
