Hon. Samal Duggins to Host First Quarter 2026 Press Conference Under the Theme “Transforming Possibility. Delivering More.”

Basseterre, St. Kitts — 15th April 2026 — The Hon. Samal Duggins, Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Marine Resources;  Sports; Small Business, Entrepreneurship, Cooperatives and the Creative Economy, will host his First Quarter 2026 Press Conference on Tuesday, April 21st, 2026, from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the NEMA Conference Room.

Held under the theme “Transforming Possibility. Delivering More.”, the press conference will provide a comprehensive update on the work undertaken across the Ministry’s portfolio during the first quarter of 2026. It will highlight key achievements, ongoing initiatives, and outline the strategic direction for continued growth and development.

The session forms part of the Minister’s ongoing commitment to transparency, accountability, and keeping the public informed on national progress across critical sectors.
