10th International Cooperation Conference – Special Edition Beyond 30 years of Cooperation for the Greater Caribbean Converting Cooperation into Concerted Action
Dubai, United Arab Emirates (4th February 2026) – Foreign Minister of Saint Kitts and Nevis, the Right Honourable Dr Denzil Douglas, is attending the 10th International Cooperation Conference being held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates in the sidelines of the World Governments Summit slated from 4-5th February 2026.

The 10th International Cooperation Conference is convened on a global platform that underscores innovation, resilience, and south-south cooperation. This conference serves as a forum for enhanced dialogue on the Association of Caribbean States flagship initiatives which includes the digitalization of maritime transport and logistics, regional strategies on sargassum and the implementation of the ACS strategic plan 2025-2035. These initiatives are designed to deliver tangible and high impact outcomes for the federation and the Greater Caribbean.

Foreign Minister Douglas is accompanied by His Excellency Justin Hawley, Ambassador of the Embassy of Saint Kitts and Nevis to the United Arab Emirates and Foreign Service Officer in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ms Ticoya Gilbert.
Saint Kitts and Nevis’ participation in this conference underscores the federation’s commitment to global dialogue and sustainable development while fostering regional and international partnerships.
